Your Global Service & Business Partner who find the right resource.

Three new business divisions will connect consulting, specialist resources, relocation, public procurement, private services and digital media projects within one coordinated structure.

KeliNor Group has become a shareholder in the Swedish company SuJey AB. This marks the beginning of a broader, long-term cooperation designed to strengthen both companies in Sweden, Scandinavia and the wider European market.

The cooperation brings together SuJey AB’s experience in immigration, relocation and public bids with KeliNor Group’s consulting concepts, resource network, franchise models and international business activities. The objective is not simply to add more individual services. It is to build a coordinated platform through which customers, organisations, public-sector stakeholders and private clients can gain access to the right expertise and practical support.

The development will take place step by step. During 2026, the main priority is to build the agreements, service structures, concepts, digital platforms and resource systems needed for scalable cooperation. Broader market expansion will follow as this foundation is put in place, with the practical and commercial effects expected to become more visible from 2027.

Three new business divisions

SuJey AB is developing three new business divisions as part of the cooperation:

Consult & Resources

will be the coordinating division for consulting services, specialist resources, project cooperation, staffing-related solutions and several of KeliNor Group’s established service concepts.

XtraService Sweden

will coordinate services aimed primarily at private customers in Sweden and Swedes living or staying abroad.

Team Sweden

will develop Swedish and European digital media projects within the NetBiz & Media family.

Although all three divisions are important, KeliNor Group’s main focus in the cooperation is the expanded Consult & Resources division. This is where the companies’ service concepts, expertise and resource networks will be brought together most directly.

One coordinating partner with access to a wider network

The business model is based on coordination rather than on building a large permanent workforce within either KeliNor Group or SuJey AB. Consultants, independent professionals, partner companies, franchise resources and other specialists can be connected to specific assignments according to the customer’s actual needs.

SuJey AB will gain access to KeliNor Group’s internal resource database and existing network. At the same time, the cooperation will expand that network with professionals and partners from Sweden, the EU and the wider European market. This gives both companies a stronger basis for handling Swedish, Nordic, EU-related and other cross-border European assignments.

For customers, the advantage is clear: one coordinating partner can identify, combine and follow up the resources required for an assignment. For professionals and partner companies, the platform can provide access to joint marketing, new assignments, service coordination, professional cooperation and future development opportunities.

Platform first – then active expansion

During the initial development phase, KeliNor Group and SuJey AB will invest time and resources in building the concepts and the coordinating platform rather than seeking the largest possible active customer base in the shortest possible time. Existing services will continue, and all new customers are welcome, but the immediate priority is to establish a sound structure that can support controlled and sustainable growth.

Once the platform is in place, the companies will become more active in recruiting Swedish and other EU-based professionals, franchise resources and partners for the shared resource database. At that stage, the expansion may also include attracting additional Swedish board expertise and suitable investors who can contribute relevant competence, networks or capital to the next phase of development.

This phased approach is intended to make the expansion more structured, measurable and scalable while ensuring that new activity is supported by functioning service concepts and clear coordination.

Existing SuJey services become part of a broader structure

SuJey AB’s existing immigration and relocation expertise will remain an important part of the company’s activities, but the services will be organised according to the customer group and the nature of the assignment.

Immigration and relocation services for companies and their employees will become part of Consult & Resources under the EuroBiz Service umbrella. Comparable services for organisations and foundations can be coordinated through OrgPartner, while services delivered directly to private customers can be developed together with XtraService AS and the new XtraService Sweden division.

SuJey AB’s existing Public Bid services will be integrated into a broader cooperation through PublicPartner. This creates a common platform for public procurement, tender-related consulting and other services connected with public-sector and organisation-related projects.

FreelanceDATA – a Swedish platform for IT expertise and assignments

FreelanceDATA is a franchise-based IT consulting and service concept with a history dating back to 1998. It covers a broad range of IT and IT-related services, from individual specialist assignments and project deliveries to temporary roles and longer-term resource requirements.

Under the new cooperation model, SuJey AB will operate as a Swedish country franchise partner for FreelanceDATA. This will provide a new platform for IT professionals, independent consultants and relevant partner companies in Sweden, as well as resources elsewhere in Europe.

The platform will combine joint marketing, assignment coordination, outsourcing and resource allocation. It will also make it possible to connect Swedish expertise with customers and projects in the wider KeliNor network, while KeliNor Group and its customers gain improved access to Swedish and European IT resources.

FreelanceDATA can work closely with XtraManpower when customers need not only a defined IT delivery, but also temporary staffing or a professional resource for a particular role or period.

XtraManpower – staffing, outsourcing and cross-border resource needs

XtraManpower covers staffing-related services, outsourcing, HR support, recruitment and selected headhunting assignments. Through the cooperation with SuJey AB, the concept can develop a stronger Swedish and European resource base while also supporting needs elsewhere in the Nordic region.

One future area of cooperation is the recruitment and coordination of resources for the health sector, including needs in Norway. Other sectors may include construction, technical services and operational support. The same network can work in both directions: Swedish and European resources can be connected with Nordic requirements, while relevant expertise from the existing KeliNor network can support assignments in Sweden and elsewhere in Europe.

EuroBiz Service – practical business support across borders

EuroBiz Service will serve as a broad business-support and sourcing hub within Consult & Resources. The concept is intended for companies, entrepreneurs and other clients that need practical assistance with starting, developing or operating a business in Norway, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Spain or other European markets.

The service area may include project coordination, business planning, budgeting, financial and administrative support, marketing and sales expertise, management resources, digital strategy, systems-related advice, analysis, documentation and high-level secretarial or administrative functions. It can also include supplier coordination, agreements, preliminary studies, reporting, product evaluations and the sourcing of specialist expertise outside the IT field.

In Norway, this broad form of practical business assistance is presented as Bedriftshjelpen. Through SuJey AB, EuroBiz Service will gain a stronger Swedish presence and improved access to local knowledge and contacts. SuJey’s existing corporate immigration and relocation services will also become an important part of this cross-border business support.

The principle is straightforward: when the required expertise is not already available within the immediate network, the coordinating partner works to find it. The resource base will therefore continue to develop alongside customer requirements.

OrgPartner – services for organisations and foundations

OrgPartner brings together services aimed at organisations, associations, foundations and socially oriented projects. The work can range from board and management support to finance, project development, Design Thinking, marketing, digital platforms and practical organisational assistance.

KeliNor Group already cooperates with Sosial Innovasjon in Norway. The dialogue with SuJey AB creates opportunities to connect the networks of SuJey, KeliNor Group and Sosial Innovasjon more closely in Sweden and Europe. This may include joint consulting assignments, new projects and initiatives designed to help people who are currently outside working life gain access to skills, assignments or employment opportunities.

OrgPartner can also coordinate immigration, relocation and other cross-border services when the client is an organisation rather than a company or a private individual.

PublicPartner – from Public Bids to broader public-sector cooperation

SuJey AB already has experience with Public Bids and tender-related services. Combined with PublicPartner, this competence can become part of a stronger platform for public procurement and tender consulting in Norway, Sweden and the wider European market.

The objective is to assist companies and organisations that need help understanding opportunities, developing a bid strategy, preparing documentation or coordinating relevant expertise for public-sector assignments.

PublicPartner has a broader scope than tender support alone. It can also coordinate multidisciplinary consulting and project resources for public-sector-related work, including projects connected with health services, municipalities, public administration, defence-related needs and European programmes. The precise team can be assembled according to the requirements of each assignment.

KeliNor Academy – knowledge that supports customers and resources

KeliNor Academy is the learning and development platform connected with KeliNor Group’s service concepts. As the cooperation develops, courses and learning resources can also be adapted for Sweden and delivered through the new structure.

The platform may include courses, webinars, practical guides and e-books for customers, entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals, franchise resources and other partners. Topics can range from starting and operating a business to professional methods, software, digital tools, Design Thinking and market-specific or cross-border knowledge.

The purpose is not only to sell courses. KeliNor Academy can also help prepare new resources for assignments, support professional development within the network and contribute to projects that create more direct routes into working life.

XtraService Sweden – private services in Sweden and abroad

SuJey AB will become an XtraService franchisee with rights to develop the concept in the Swedish market. XtraService Sweden will coordinate private service concepts in Sweden and gradually create opportunities for new service resources from different parts of the country to become affiliated with the platform from 2027.

The division will also support services for Swedes who live, travel or own property abroad. This can include practical services connected with Spain and other destinations, holiday homes, relocation and the further development of an XtraService Abroad service area.

The cooperation with XtraService AS in Norway will make it possible to exchange experience, concepts and service resources across national borders, while adapting each service to local requirements and customer needs. KeliNor Group owns 85% of XtraService AS, which is the concept owner.

Team Sweden – digital media projects with a Swedish and European focus

The third new division, Team Sweden, will focus on digital media projects within the NetBiz & Media family. Concepts and projects previously developed through activities in the United Kingdom and Norway can be adapted, transferred or expanded for the Swedish and European markets.

Team Sweden adds a dedicated digital and market-oriented dimension to SuJey AB’s business development. It also creates a closer connection between media projects, web-based concepts, marketing activities and the wider consulting and service network.

A stronger bridge between the EU, the United Kingdom and Norway

The combined company structure creates a practical bridge across three complementary markets: SuJey AB provides a presence inside the EU through Sweden, KeliNor Group Ltd provides a base in the United Kingdom, and KeliNor Group AS provides a base in Norway and the EEA. Together, this gives the cooperation a strong position for assignments, partnerships and resource coordination across Europe.

The cooperation also gives SuJey AB a broader portfolio of concepts, access to a larger resource network and a stronger platform for developing services throughout Sweden. KeliNor Group gains valuable local competence and a stronger foundation for assignments connected with Sweden and the EU market.

Together, the companies can serve different customer groups without forcing every requirement into the same delivery model. Businesses can receive coordinated consulting and cross-border support. Organisations can access specialist and project resources. Public-sector-related clients and suppliers can receive assistance with procurement and complex assignments. Private customers can use XtraService Sweden, including services connected with living or owning property abroad. Professionals and partner companies can become part of a wider commercial and professional network.

During 2026, the priority remains the completion of the platform, agreements, service structures and resource connections. From 2027, the companies expect the practical effects to become more visible through more active resource recruitment, new assignments, additional partners and wider service coverage.

This is a long-term business development initiative built on a simple idea: customers should be able to reach the right expertise more easily, and skilled professionals should gain better access to cooperation and assignments. By combining local Swedish knowledge with KeliNor Group’s concepts and international network, SuJey AB and KeliNor Group are building a stronger service and resource platform for the opportunities ahead.
